So it has started.. I havent taken a week off in about 3-4 years I would guess, and that would be a minimum..
I had it planned and then we ended up two and sometimes three guys short at work, so they asked me to cancel.. I am a dedicated employee plus they have helped me in the past, so I said ok.. That started a fight, but not going there..
Well the two guys came back from Germany, and everyone was healthy all this week!
We got caught up!
Yesterday they tell me that if I still want to, that I can take my vaca afterall.. Well with the type of vaca I am planning , no I dont need nothing special.. So away we go!
Total of 9 days all to myself I guess, if you count the weekends.. What to do?
Tonight, going to make coffee, start laundry and play flight simulator or something on the PC.. Tomorrow, clean the gutters and take care of yard work to get all the weeks chores DONE!
After that, who knows.. I have a date tomorrow night but nothing serious, friend of a friend thing and no future in site.. I am not going to rush into anything..
Rest of the week? Hiking, mountian biking, Geocaching (www.geocaching.com) and playing on AMD I guess! Anyone have any ideas?
