Life is tough when we are single again
Fear of pain, pain so overwhelming that it brings us to our knees
So when someone decides not to let someone else into their hearts
to keep them at bay, yes, they won when that person leaves
validating what they were protecting themselves from
Though in the end, they really lost
and what a truly sad way to
go through their life
hopefully they learn
because if they don't learn
they will ALWAYS BE LONELY
written by: one that was kept at bay
Time to move on and find someone
who is willing to risk sharing to
possibly discover something wonderful.
