I haven't had a smoke in 3 days now, and I am not sure how I feel. I know I am very edgy and want to break shit, but I also feel my lungs starting to cough all that shit up. I have been putting this off for awhile now, but since I was sick last week, I just went for it, since I couldnt really smoke anyhow. I feel like I need something to do so I don't go back to the smokes. I have been eating a lot of chips and salsa, but I can't keep that up. No one will want to hook up with the FAT non-smoker lol. Anyone quit lately and have some success stories? Chewing gum? Toothpicks? Anything that has helped. I know I want to be around to watch my kids grow old.
