So yeah, I was an ass. I am one at times, and have been one ALOT lately. Don't know why except that maybe the lack of weed has caused my body to start over compensating for natural depressants. Also, I basically just got my heart broken to a small extent. So then there was another girl I liked, flirted a bit over texting, also a good friend. One who told me she would be there for me. Anyway, she never had time to hang out... Never had time to meet with me or anything... But then one day she suddenly gets a boyfriend. Now, keep in mind that I have no social crutches anymore, no weed to smoke, and I just got my heart broken... My thought process was "Wow, she never had time for me, but now she has a boyfriend?" Yeah, I told you I was acting like an ass. We talked about it the next day though... I apologised, and she told me that it happens to the best of us. So lately I've been trying to text her and talk too her in the friendly way I do.

Tonight I got a message from her that said ""Look, I got a man. Don't text me no more please. I don't need the drama from different guys texting me and you're one of them. I'm taken. Please don't reply." What fucking drama? What did I do this time, try to be your friend? Excuse the fuck out of me.

I dunno, my sense is that some people have a lot of difficulty telling others about their true feelings and expectations. She may have felt that the new commitments would leave her with less time and attention for you but was unwilling to take the possibly painful step of being frank with you about it. Instead she let it grow into such an unmanageable annoyance that it eventually spilled over into a blunt and hurtful rejection. Have experienced it before so I know what it's like. But after crap like this I realize that not everyone is mature enough to communicate properly, so I learn to read the warning signs better and thereby stave off ugly endings.

Ouch, that must have hurt. Most of us have been there; just chalk it as one of lifes harsh lessons

I'm wating for the same thing to happen to me.hey look on the bright side,at least-although it did seem a bit brutal-,she appeared to be honest;its a good thing when a girl trys to exploit her honesty.let's just hope, for christs' sake, that that sort of thing doesn't happen again and you can pass it off as a spit in the bucket.
