About the only real interest I ever garnered from the show (besides the jiggle facter) was a character named Eugene. His was sort of a comic relief role - he played this wacky inventer and came up with all kinds of crazy stuff like a bowtie telephone. They eventually stranded him on an island and killed him off. I lost all interest in the show then, lol. The acter, whose name escapes me did go on to another recurring role. He was Q of the Q continuem on Star Trek, Next Generation.
