It was very present in Quebec up to the early/mid 60s. And now our churches are being sold off one by one as we are the church capital of North America but no one attends Sunday service anymore. 	Right now religion has been pretty much brainwashed into the US. Especially in the last ten years or so.

	Yeah, I feel some people find salvation through false prophets.... I'm probably gonna get crucified for this one but as Bob Marley said regarding god ...... 'if you know what life is worth, you will look for your's on earth...'

	God is a belief. Religion is a business. Businesses do whatever it takes to remain profitable.

	Churches are closing down because of lawsuits from the sex scandals from priest who we thought where to help us not hurt us ..

	It even states in the bible that man will lead you astray...that even means the men that run the churches...I agree with Dave Chapelle's skit on his show...Michael Jackson should of been a priest...he wouldn't of ended up in court...he just would of been transferred...

	Oh ... and another thing, isn't being fervently religious and on a sex/swinger site a contradiction! Yes it is; I mentioned it before but somehow escaped a flaming ... heh heh. But I wouldn't be surprised if this could be explained away. The Bible also says homosexuality is wrong but some believers found various ways and means to re-interpret the relevant portions to their satisfaction. There's a bit of something for everyone I guess. Mona

	Lot of people claim to be religious, just to be accepted by society. It also avoids others from trying to save their soul if they said they were atheists. Yes, most people in the US believe in God(s) or some other power that they can worship.
