A simple bar in the middle of Anytown, USA. Its rather large, on the fringes of dingy, but respectable. The kind of place people would go to have fun, to drink, to hook up. A center of the social night life of a small town. The hub of entertainment for the people of the town. But not tonight.
Tonight the bar is closed to the public. The bar is rented out. A special party. The whole establishment for the entire night. From sundown to sun up. The booze runs free tonight, all expenses paid. Who is such a wealthy benefactor? Who are the nights special guests? Just what the hell is going on in Anytown, USA tonight?
The benefactor is da bear and the beach ball. That is right ladies and gentlemen, AMD is hosting a friendly mixer, a rousing get together for its most valued, most public, most outspoken members, the bloggers. How is AMD paying for all of this? Well, you didn’t think they were taking away our free toys for nothing, did ya? So, who’s coming tonight to the party of the year?
Well, now that the introduction is done, let me explain. I’m going to write a multi part story about just what would happen if this were to come true. What if we all got together for a friendly….well, for a party, friendly or not. This will be my take, but I may consider letting others write different parts as my tale progresses. Now the only question that remains is, who wants to be in it? I won’t write about you if you don’t give me permission (with the exception of a few dinosaurs like Canu, Sunny and Sxze). Lets have a little fun with this boys and girls.
