Howdy Strangers,
I’ve just returned to this site after a long absence ; and I must admit I’m very confused. There seems to be two sites in one, hell there could be more ,who knows. There seems to be many “clicks” and sub-groups .
I’m sure there are some “swingers” and sexually open people here. Although I do not know why? The “real world” seems to offer more chances to live the “lifestyle” then cyber-world. I guess there are some that make some contacts here, and live vicariously thru the “site” And that’s alright too. Sadly most of my experiences here have been either scammers claiming to live in Dallas or Kansas, ect.., but actually they live in a third, sometimes forth world nation. I then assume they are “Two places at once, and nowhere at all”!! OR , just silence and rejection . Of which I can receive in the “real world”, with eye contact and body language ,across a table for lunch or dinner.;-^)
I guess these thoughts on Paper are my way of wishing there was a little more,,,, truth, honesty ,,,and a little less deception . People know if they are willing to re-locate and what’s involved. If there photo is from high school and there 43 now, let people know. Mine was taken about two years ago, the only change is for the last few months I’ve been clean shaved. Truth and honesty make for a better foundation in any friendship / “real”lationship / or only %#@$-buddies ?
I read a blog today, where a woman stated that she would change here profile to let others know of her intentions to be at this site to visit /chat with friends. BRAVO!!! A brave honest soul.
My self I see no future in meeting / befriending / and perhaps wanting to take it to “the next step”, what ever that is, only to find out I have been wasting the time of others and myself. I just would like to know which people here ever take “the next step”, and which never will? I see a lot of chit-chat and gossip, ..from an outsider it somewhat seems that “ya-all” spin a web in here, only to laugh at the people caught in it?
I would think that if your only here to “visit friends”, that if you were going to insult someone you could do in through private e-mail correspondence, it would show a little more compassion for other in this open forum.
I have seen some wonderful people at this site, I have read some very intelligent and wise words in their profiles. I have also seen many “personas” and illusions . Now I’m just trying to find out “whos Who at the Zoo”,,,,,,Who wants to risk meeting new people eye to eye,… and who wants the safety and anonymity sites like this provide.
Well Sports fans, I must go to work now.
I hope all find peace, and whatever they are searching for , in the shortest of time.
