The self confident and relaxed personality that has passion and care.
Sexy is the encouraging and not critical attitude
Then the physical sexy which it depends on the person preference ,some like it big other small I think smooth silky skin is just amazing ,hairy legs drive me off .A cute rounded butt or firm boobs are HOT .

Very good question. I think sexy is one of 2 things, either or both
1. As you rightly say, the physical attributes of a person which is a personal preference.
2. A state of mind. The thoughts and thought process of a person. Again that would be a personal preference.

I agree that somepeople look physically sexy, but for the most part they are usually self confident.
I think sexy is a state of mind and in that certain look they have from within. Along with a great attitude and smile.

Sexiness comes from wthin, you have to feel beautiful, sexy and know that you are wanted, it can be a very empowering.........some just exude it and some do it a lil more casual, but anyone can pull it off.........I know I can and very well at that, and it doesnt mean that all will find me that way, bu the ones that do, Helloooo   ..Guess you can see I am far from shy about it.....
