AFC West - Denver (11-5)

AFC Wild cards - New England (9-7), Kansas City (10-6)

NFC East - New York G. (12-4)

NFC South - Carolina (11-5)

NFC North - Minnesota (10-6)

NFC West - Seattle (11-5)

NFC Wild cards - Dallas (10-6), Chicago (9-7)
