	Newbie too, here. I arrived a couple of weeks ago so I am still trying to figure the lay of the land. But that said, All the interactions I have had uo to this point have been very kind and open. Like in any group, most are wonderful and some aren't. I would suggest you start by reading blogs and making comments. Read people's essays to get a handle on who and what they are about. Don't be a jerk, call people names or send them dismembered goats in the mail. Play nice and you should be o.k. Welcome to AMD. Keep your hands inside the ride at all times.
