Part one...
First off, what is the wayward traveler?
Well, Shakespear said that all the world's a stage and that all the people are its players.
The great truth is though that god the director is in too improvisational theater.
In this fasion, we can assume that it is our choice if we play the lead, or character parts.
The wayward traveler? This is an individual who is travel-weary through out life, who has seen many different things and has met many different people. Those who choose to play the lead usually have been this individual, some are thrust in too it no matter what they do (or thats how it seems too them) being "forced" in to the character parts. I have played lead, I have played character...God is indeed an improvisationalist.
I am the wayward traveler.
I guess this isn't so much a documentation of my travels from this point on, but an effort too remember that I prefer the lead.
On that note, I start...
I came too a realization today. I have little patience for impatient people, I guess that makes me impatient with myself considering the amount of people who are just plain impatient.
At work, I was pissed off because VTO was set at 8:15. VTO, for those of you who do not know, means Voluntary Time Off. The set it at a time and if you get off either before or at that time, you can go home. I wanted to go spend time with K.C. Idiots were getting too me, and I got off at 8 fucking 30. But VTO was set at 8:15 and not moving up. It was around my second break that I realized that I was not going anywhere untill my shift was done. Time too get a grip...I'm sick and tired of being sick and tired. After work, K.C. picked me up and we went off too the gym.
The way of my traveling requires that we make the first step...and then choose to keep on moving.
We stop moving, and we have to start again. What makes me travel weary is the fact that I am tired of starting again. Yet here I am, "getting back in to the swing" of school, "getting back in to the swing" of work, dating, and almost everything else that a person of my age should have solidified.
Life IS change, constantly starting again though can show an amount of irresponsibility that needs to be reconciled. What I am saying, is that if you start something constructive, do not stop untill it is done because you never really know how many second chances you actually get.
Who knows, you could get stuck in a job where you are dealing with impatient, idiotic, asshole customers...Like I would know anything about that.
