It must be because of the moon cycle or sumthin. For some odd reason, the full moon works to my advantage. Or, maybe, I'm just reaching......grasping straws....whatever. Yet, it seems to hold some merit.
Mind you, it goes both ways!! There's phases where everything I do is for SHIT! No matter how hard I try. And, both ways, it seems to last for a minute or 10. So, I'm FINALLY feeling the love!
I planted my garden today. Just tomatoes, broccoli, cauliflower and such. And, I bought enough to share with family and friends.........I don't like growing much of 1 variety. So, I mix it up and pass out the extra. That way, if mine does poorly, I've got backup.
My buddy was just getting ready to go buy tomatoes tomorrow. So, I saved him a trip to town. Plus, he can't eat tomatoes anyhow. He just likes to grow them to give away. That made his day........and, made me feel good.
I'll take the rest to my mom-in-law this weekend. Her starts look sad as hell! And, she started them 6 weeks ago. lol But, that'll save her a trip as well. So, more kudos to me!
Of course, I don't know what I'll do with all of the stuff I started from seed 2 weeks ago. I'll find room for it! I just have a green thumb, I guess. Plants and animals love me. Just not people so much. But, if I had a choice..........
AND, the neighbor FINALLY got her post holes drilled so I can put up a 300' wooden horse fence! Today, as well! See? It WAS my day?! I've been waiting on that for a month or more. Of course, she'll want it done like tommorrow since she did her part........finally.
But, that's NOT all! While all of that was going on, I got a call from a buddy for a job interview on Saturday! I have to go through the pretenses and such of filling out an app. and the interview. $15/ hour for doing metal roofing on county schools. An ALL summer job! Like I'd be stressed out by working with a bunch of country folk all summer.
I'm pretty confident I can handle it. It'd save me trying to fix my busted truck and get my name back in the game. Sure, I can make more on my own. BUT, I'm tired of chasing contracts. It's a foot back in the door, in a new area, making decent wages, doing what I excel at.
Plus, I'm comparing myself to the work concept here. So, I'm pretty sure I can keep up. lmao If they're not impressed, they will be as I come back as competition. I just need that lil UMPH! to get it rolling. And, that just came knocking at my door.............FINALLY!
For the regs..........you seen my rants. You know I was in a BAD way for a minute or so. And, it was for the sole reason of being educated and having nothing to do with it. Other than wasting it on a few leaches and parasites. I'm far too old and way too bitter to play that shit.
It's clicking now! And, all at once.........as per usual. Zoom, zoom, mother-fucker!!
