	4/20 and it's meaning. i've heard three explanations and the last seemed the most plausable: 1. L.A. cops used it as a code phrase to, you know, to let other cops know there were around. 2. It's the misdemeanor penal code number 3. A high School group in the mid-70's in CO met at 4:20 to hence the term wanna 4/20 What's your opinion, Bunzie ?
