	Time to get geeky on y'all: Note that eggs are haploid gametes formed by meiosis. They only have half of the DNA necessary to make a chicken (otherwise all females would become spontaneously pregnant as soon as they started ovulating...imagine what that would mean for men!) Therefore, the chicken ALWAYS is first!
